The PHS Student Council is hosting our 2nd Annual Community Golf Cart Parade on Saturday, October 28th. Line up begins at 4:00 pm and the parade starts at 4:30 pm. The parade will start and end at PHS. Participants are able to decorate their golf cart and throw candy. However, this is not required. There will be a prize for the top three best dressed golf carts!
