Administration

The Village of Peotone operates under the Administrator form of government. The Administrator is appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The Village Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Village and is responsible for all day to day operations of the village. Additionally, the Administrator attends all meeting of the Village Board, supervises the preparation of the annual budget, keeps the Board informed of the current fiscal condition of the village, advises the Board of policy issues requiring review, and serves as the representative of the Village Authorities in the transaction of village business.

First point of contact for visitors and phone calls. Provides the Administration and Building Department with clerical support.
