SUMMARY:2nd Annual Golf Cart Parade
DESCRIPTION:The PHS Student Council is hosting our 2nd Annual Community Golf Cart Parade on Saturday\, October 28th. Line up begins at 4:00 pm and the parade starts at 4:30 pm. The parade will start and end at PHS. Participants are able to decorate their golf cart and throw candy. However\, this is not required. There will be a prize for the top three best dressed golf carts!
